The construction sector is responsible for around 37% of global CO₂ emissions. impact.build is developing a new way to manufacture sustainable building components using robots and locally available materials such as excavated soil and other mineral resources.

We have developed the so-called “Impact Printing process”, which unlike 3D printing or conventional construction methods, processes the material without chemical accelerators, Instead, a robot deposits the material at high speed. Upon impact, it compacts to form strong building components.

At our booth, visitors can see a prototype produced with our patented technology up close.  We will show you how robots can transform local materials into climate-friendly building products. You’ll also learn how the technology can strengthen regional material cycles and make sensible use of valuable raw materials.
